Course Details

Agile Business Analysis - this course introduces students to the framework and theories of agile and scrum methodologies, and the benefits of transitioning from a waterfall or traditional environment. Topics covered in this hands-on course include how the role of the business analyst, product owner, and other key personnel can have an impact on the lifecycle of all projects.  Students will be introduced to properly managing user stories from a theme level to an epic level to a user story level. Students complete a series of hands-on exercises and simulations based on predetermined case studies.
