Course Description

This course is designed to center around the voice of the customer, adding value to the customer base, and increasing your business profitability. Students will apply theories, tools, and techniques of the 1st two courses through a series of case studies, project interactions & real world scenarios. The material will offer a cross functional approach that includes the disciplines of service, research, development, suppliers, manufacturing, marketing/sales and distribution.
