Course Description

This training reviews and provides opportunities for the participants to apply the skills necessary for delivering effective customer service. By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
-Describe the benefits of delivering effective customer service.
-Explain trauma-informed care.
-Explain the characteristics of active and reflective listening skills.
-Identify effective telephone skills.
-Develop strategies for handling difficult customers
