CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS WILL BUILD ON SKILLS LEARNED EARLIER AND ADRESS REQUESTED ADVANCED NEW ISSUES, INCLUDING: IMPORTANCE OF ANSWERING THE PHONE IN STANDARD MANNER AND SPEAKING CLEARLY TO THE CUSTOMER, REINFORCEMENT OF LISTENING SKILLS AND IMPORTANCE OF RESPONDING IN A CALM AND COMPOSED MANNER, NO MATTER WHAT CUSTOMERS MIGHT SAY, LISTENING TO A RECENT TAPED CALL THE PARTICIPANT HAS TAKEN ON THE JOB, TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN COMMUNICATIONS STYLE, HOW TO END A CALL EFFECTIVELY, UNDERSTAND IMPORTANCE OF MOBILITY'S SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER, FURTHER OUR UNDERSTANDING OF DISABILITY.
