Course Description

THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED TO HELP IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. YOU WILL LEARN (1) THE PROPER WAY TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS BOTH IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE, (2) HOW TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT SITUATIONS THAT COME UP WHEN WORKING WITH A CUSTOMER, AND (3) HOW YOU CAN GO ABOUT UNDER- STANDING YOUR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS. EVERY MEMBER OF AN ORGANIZATION CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS STUDY, BUT IT IS A MUST FOR THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING REGULARLY WITH CUSTOMERS.
