Course Description

Participants will learn how to identify signs of excessive stress in their lives as well as healthy ways to cope with daily stress, both professionally and personally. Learn how to replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with more successful, productive, & healthy coping skills. Participants will leave this workshop knowing how to recognize & prevent "burnout in their professional lives.
