Emotional Intelligence (EI) is what enables people to manage their emotions and leverage them to reach their goals.  This workshop is geared to help attendees:

- understand the role of EI and better understand their feelings and emotions by walking through the 15 competencies in the EQ-i 2.0 model for Emotional Intelligence;

- discuss implications of building personal EI for roles as diverse as parenting, project management, and general leadership;

- to become introduced to practical exercises that help you better understand the basics of self-perception, stress management, decision-making, self-expression, and interpersonal skills that comprise EI.
