Course Description

This program explores themes of customer service, selling and service, business operations, and employment and professional development skills including job search/exploration, promotion, and career advancement at an intermediate level. Participants are encourage to view customer relations as desirable interpersonal relationship skills in all aspects of personal and professional life. Participants select a companion credit course that matches their interests determined through a Person Centered Planning activity. Additionally participants engage in activities that develop self determination, resilience, interpersonal skills and behaviors that increase the chances of employment.
