Project Initiation and Planning - This course introduces the student to the project management process; the role of the project manager, project communications, and project leadership.  This is the first of four courses required for the certificate program.

Accelerated Project Management Certificate Program is a structured series of courses that prepare students for careers in planning and Business fields.  This program is designed for employees from organizations involved in engineering, research and development, healthcare, data processing, construction, facilities management, manufacturing, corporate planning, finance and marketing.

These four (4) courses will enhance skills of technical competence and practical applications.  A Penn State Certificate is awarded on successful completion of the four (4) required courses taken in sequential order.

PJMGT 5002 — Project Costing and Control
PJMGT 5003 — Project Risk and Change Management

Times:    6:00 – 9:00 pm
Location: Virtual Instructor Led -Via Zoom Video Conferencing. Connection information will be sent prior to the start of the program.
