Course Description

This course explores introductory themes of customer service, selling and service, business operations, and work related skills such as professional behavior and development for the beginner. Participants will engage in a prescribed curriculum that matched the national standards evaluating customer relations. Activities, videos and vocational observational experiences are used to demonstrate the learning objectives. Participants may select to audit a companion credit course that matches their interests and contributes to their development of self-determination. Person Centered Planning and Vocational planning are used to identify participants' career interests. Job observations help to match participants' skills and interests to a vocational path.
