Course Description

Customer Service for Internal and External Customers - Course focuses on framing customer service within the context of business, including interactions and building relationships with both internal and external customers. Course covers dealing with customers in a positive manner as well as dealing with time and stress management.  Explores communication, behavioral and relationship building skills related to internal and external customers.  Program can be modified for any level of employee. Defines customer and customer service.
