Course Description

Intergovernmental 101 - The focus of the course/workshop is on helping the CSE worker to effectively manage support cases that involve other states, tribal nations, and foreign countries. The curriculum includes the rules, regulations, statutes, PACSES procedures, and best practices relevant to intergovernmental cases. Primary topics include communicating a working knowledge of basic inter- governmental terminology; apply UIFSA concepts; correctly process cases in PACSES; evaluate and process information; identify and address financial issues; use communication tools and resources.
