Course Description

This course explores advanced themes of customer relations such as customer service, selling and service, business operations, and employment and professional development skills focusing on vocational observations and experience. Participants discover the relationship between customer service, self-determination, and interpersonal skills with vocational success and personal well being. Participants select a companion credit course that matches their interests and practice self- determination through person centered planning, goal setting, and activities that increase their chances of vocational success. BE SC 6008 Customer Relations Intermediate is a prerequisite.
