Course Description

Super Yoga for Athletes will teach students specific body postures to tone muscles and acquire flexibility that encourages circulation for overall health, as well as athletic performance. Additionally students will learn methods to calm the mind, increase concentration, and relieve stress and bodily tension, while simultaneously charging the body with renewed health and vitality.
