Wine Juice and Handling Equipment:
This 14 hour course provides an opportunity to set up and operate equipment found in a typical regional winery, focusing on equipment used for final filtration, bottling and labeling.
Proper sanitation procedures will be included. This course consists of online lecture with a Saturday session at a regional winery.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:  This program has a Canvas component that requires you to have a Penn State Access Account. This course is primarily an online video course, allowing students the flexibility to participate at self-determined times.  An on-site winery tour is required.  Students can select from either Southeastern PA winery tour on 4/20/24, or Northwestern PA winery tour on 4/27/24.

TEXTBOOK:  No textbook is required for this course.
