Course Description

Program is designed to assist sales professionals and supporting staff to obtain and refine the skills necessary to increase and enhance sales operations and profits. Includes building relationships, effective negotiation, team building, building rapport, understanding the customer, active listening, the feel-felt-found approach, defining the competitive advantage, looking at the competition, understanding buyer/customer concerns/objections, handling buyer/customer concerns, creating sales demonstration, closing the sale and maintaining post-sale relationships.
