Course Description

Leading a logistics team has always been a challenging role and the demands are even greater in today’s environment. The effectiveness and efficiency between those who simply “manage” versus those who “lead” is marked.

Highly functioning logistics’ leaders in warehouse and transportation roles know themselves, their teams and their customers. They maximize the potential of their teams and are viewed by customers as partners, not suppliers.
