SRA 5004 - Global Immersion Program

Course Description

The program is designed to teach employability skills and English as Second Language which is necessary for today's global organizations. Students will work on a real-life industry project which will teach them employability skills, report writing, presentation skills, public speaking, how to communicate with co-workers and managers and how to work in a team environment. The students will improve their understanding and use of the English language using a variety of exercises and activities in grammar, writing and speaking skills. Cultural opportunities to practice new skill sets include field trips of area businesses, local sites and attractions, and attending local events.
