Course Description

This training reviews customer service skills. By the end of this training participants will learn (1) the proper way to interact with customers both in person and over the phone; (2) how to deal with difficult situations that come up when working with a customer; and (3) how to understand customers' needs. Every member of an organization can benefit from this study, but it is a must for those responsible for communicating regularly with customers. Training will be assessed through active participation in the course.
