Course Description

This training reviews intergovernmental initiating requests. By the end of this training, participants will be able to: (1) Identify the steps for processing intergovernmental initiating requests; (2) Recognize what information displays on the Primary Jurisdiction component; (3) Identify the steps for processing a subsequent action request; (4) Identify the steps for entering an OOS support order in PACSES; (5) Describe the aspects of the Order Issue Date and Effective Date you enter in PACSES regarding an OOS order; (6) Recognize the circumstances where the Cooperative Agreement requires legal representation in UIFSA cases; and (7) Identify the step to change an intergovernmental case to a local case. Training will be measured through participation in a self-assessment.
