Course Description

Have you ever been curious about the inter-workings of a computer? In this camp, students will take apart and identify the various parts of a computer and their functions. Working in teams, students will have the chance to use this knowledge to rebuild their computers. Lessons will concentrate on operating systems, networking, network security, and various other computer functions such as HTML coding and website design. 

This camp focuses on: Understanding, identifying, and explaining the parts and functions of a computer. Working in group settings to foster collaboration and teamwork. Participating in a variety of activities that include rebuilding computers, setting up networks and network security, coding in HTML, etc.
