Course Description

Have you ever wondered if the dramatization of history through film and music is accurate? This camp focuses on how history is portrayed through the mediums of film and music, ranging from the American Revolution to the modern era. We will look at different types of historical films and the way music can influence and describe the mood of the times.

So please join us for a trip down history lane as we explore a variety of films and music through history! Examples include ‘Gone with the Wind,’ ‘All Quiet on the Western Front,’ ‘Forrest Gump,’ ‘Titanic,’ ‘Sweet Home Alabama,’ ‘Born in the USA,’ ‘We Didn’t Start the Fire,’ ‘Yankee Doodle Dandy,’ and much more!
