ESSENTIALS OF SALES    THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO OFFER PARTICIPANTS INSTRUCTION RELATED TO THE SKILLS, TECHNIQUES AND BEHAVIORS NECESSARY TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN PERSONAL SELLING.  THE COURSE REVIEWS THE BASIC STEPS IN SELLING WHICH INCLUDE THE ELEMENTS NECESSARY TO BUILD A LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLIENT. THIS HIGHLY INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP FEATURES CASE STUDIES, A VARIETY OF PLANNING EXERCISES, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DESIGNED WITH AN ACTION LEARNING FOCUS.
