Course Description

This training outlines the duties and responsibilities of the agencies and parties to the administration and operation of the Title IV-D program as detailed in the Cooperative Agreement (CA). By the end of this training, the participant will be able to: (1) Describe the purpose of the CA; (2) Describe the content creation; (3) Identify the duties and responsibilities of the DRS and Department of Human Services under the CA; (4) Indicate the term covered; (5) Explain what is required to amend or terminate the agreement; (6) Outline how the CA impacts DRS personnel or services contracts; and (7) Summarize the requirement in the CA related to lobbying activities. Training will be measured through participation in a self-assessment.
