I E 5025 - Certified FANUC Robot Operation & Programming
Course Description
Participants will learn about and apply the following concepts such as robot safety, robot systems (robot arm components, training pendants, software and controller), teach pendant details and operation, robot power up and jogging (moving the robot), program and file manipulation, initial robot set-up, alarms, errors and fault recovery, RoboGuide computer simulation, frames, coordinate systems, creating a program, robot motion instructions, copying and editing programs, inputs and outputs, how to branch instructions, macros, position registers, program adjustments, overview of industrial robotic applications (welding, painting, etc.) and overview of collaborative robots, visions systems and robot communication. Classes will consist of a series of lessons using the FANUC robot operations manual, hands-on laboratory exercises, and simulation exercises in RoboGuide. After each section in the FANUC training manual, a chapter quiz will be conducted with a final test at the end of the training. Successful completion of this program makes you eligible to take the FANUC certified operator exam.
