Course Description

The certificate will explore the various processes, capabilities, and good practices in the building and running of PMOs. Throughout the training, we will discuss multiple cases, review many of the good practices for both traditional PMOs and the recently evolving Agile PMOs. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share their experiences.  The course will also provide selective tools and templates.

Wednesdays, April 24 through June 5, 2024, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.  THIS COURSE IS DELIVERED REMOTELY VIA ZOOM. 

New Students: Once you have registered, we will email you prior to the beginning of the course and request that you create a Penn State 9-digit ID and Access Account User ID

Returning PSU Students: Once you have registered, we will email you prior to the beginning of the course and request your Penn State 9-digit ID and Access Account User ID.

These ID numbers are required to access class materials through Penn State's online course companion, Canvas.
