Course Description

Designed for the entry-level sales and service associate, this program introduces skills important in customer relations positions and assists students in learning and reinforcing these skills through practice and real world scenarios. Students will learn how to: communicate clearly, develop interpersonal and emotional intelligence, sell with passion, and deliver a personal and professional experience when interacting with customers, co-workers and supervisors. Experience with creating a resume, filling out job applications and participating in job interviews prepares students to begin a successful career.
