Participants will learn the importance of being knowledgeable about company products and services as well as engaging in opportunities to upgrade one's skill level. Additionally, the relationship between product knowledge, relationship skills and customer engagement and positive experiences is demonstrated. The program focuses in a customer centric and human to human (h2h) perspective.
