The mission of civics camp is to inform and inspire future voters and empower young people to engage as participants and leaders through daily activities that will include guest speakers, field trips, leadership experiences, letter writing, problem solving, simulations and current events. The curriculum for the high school civics camp is driven toward preparing young people that are near voting age to become leaders in their communities and how they can make informed decisions as they become adults.
