Course Description

 SOLVING PROBLEMS AND MANAGING PRIORITIES    PARTICIPANTS WILL DEVELOP PRACTICAL SKILLS IN THE AREAS OF PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING, ETHICS, TIME AND PRIORITY MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPING A FORWARD LOOKING APPROACH TO SUPERVISION. THIS HIGHLY INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP FEATURES CASE STUDIES, A VARIETY OF PLANNING EXERCISES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DESIGNED WITH AN ACTION LEARNING FOCUS.
