This course continues along the project cycle and introduces selection criteria, procurement, cost estimating, and control mechanisms are discussed here.  This is the third of four courses in the certificate program.

The Project Management Certificate Program is a structured series of courses that prepare students for careers in planning and Business fields.  This program is designed for employees from organizations involved in engineering, research and development, healthcare, data processing, construction, facilities management, manufacturing, corporate planning, finance and marketing.  
These four (4) courses will enhance skills of technical competence and practical applications.  A Penn State Certificate is awarded on successful completion of the four (4) required courses taken in sequential order.

PJMGT 5001A — Project Scheduling and Integration 
PJMGT 5002 — Project Costing and Control 
PJMGT 5003 — Project Risk and Change Management 
Dates: Wednesdays, February 1 – May 24, 2023 
Times: 6:00 – 9:00 pm 
Location: Virtual Instructor Led -Via Zoom Video Conferencing. Connection information will be sent prior to the start of the program.
