Course Description

Join us as we dive into the exciting world of business and uncover its many twists and turns. This academy is sure to pique the interests of any student who has aspirations to work in or start their own business!
Students will explore finance basics (including personal finances), how companies get consumers to buy their products, and discover how planning and income vs. expenses all make the world go round.
The students will also work with a business simulator and explore careers in business.

Business Start-Up Academy – This day camp is for youth ages 12-16. Dates: Monday – Friday, July 24 – July 28, 2023. Time: 9 am - Noon. Location: Penn State Scranton - 120 Ridge View Drive Dunmore, PA 18512. Please be sure to list your address and email carefully.
