Course Description

This course includes the integration of strategic goals and direction into the operations and tactics of managing an organization, including Succession Planning. Strategic Integration is process of applying and adapting Strategic Goals to the local level by taking enterprise-level goals and developing specific programs, projects, and procedures to implement the strategy. The course outlines the key concepts and components of that integration. Given the importance of people and long-term Talent Development to successful strategic execution, Succession Planning is included as a key component.
