Course Description

Projects inherently involve uncertainties and risks. Similarly, organizations need to assess the risks and uncertainties in their external and internal environments to develop effective strategic plans that can adapt to potential challenges.  This course will help both project managers and team members identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that projects are completed successfully.
Participants are encouraged to discuss and share their experiences as we journey through:
-Project Risk and Change Management
-Project Risk Analysis
-Project Risk Response Planning, Monitoring & Controlling
Target Audience:  Project professionals:
-Project and Risk Managers
