Winery Regulations: This course introduces federal and state requirements for recordkeeping and reporting in a commercial winery, from harvest through sales. Students learn about regulations governing wineries and retail outlets, including recordkeeping, periodic reporting of operations, excise tax filing, and labeling laws.

This course is being offered as a remote classroom via live Zoom instruction.  Classes will be held each Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:00 pm.
 
Online materials will be used in lieu of a required textbook.
