Course Description

Learn how much resistance training is enough to safely and effectively get results for people over 70. With a focus on how to help people over 70 achieve and maintain mobility, this course covers exercise selection and how to structure workouts. Learn how to maximize the benefits of resistance training in older adults while addressing safety as a primary concern. Also includes common recovery methods and aids.
