Course Description

Project risk and change management, the last course in the project management certificate program, introduces the student to risk and change management, team responsibilities, conflict, quality, ethics, and closeout. Prerequisites: Project Initiation and Planning (PJMGT 5000), Project Scheduling and Integration (PJMGT 5001) and Project Costing and Control (PJMGT 5002).
