Course Description

Lean Six Sigma for Continuous Improvement - Students will focus on the application of process improvement in the areas of five s+1, quality function deployment, & failure mode & effects analysis.  In addition the systematic process of translating customer/end user requirements into appropriate business requirements will be discussed.  Students will review the methodology of failure mode & effects analysis (FMEA) as well as how to document the entire process of FMEA. Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma Theory & Application or Demonstrated Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
