Course Description

Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming part of everyday work—but many professionals and organizations are unsure or haven’t even considered how to use it responsibly, safely, and effectively. This course provides a practical foundation for understanding how AI systems work, where they add value, and where risks and limitations exist.

Participants will explore key ethical, legal, and organizational considerations related to AI, including bias, data privacy, accuracy, and human oversight. Through real-world scenarios learners will examine how AI impacts decision-making, trust, and workplace culture.

Designed for non-technical professionals, this course emphasizes responsible use over automation hype. Learners will leave with a shared vocabulary, practical frameworks, and actionable tools to evaluate AI outputs, reduce risk, and contribute to responsible AI practices within their organizations.
