Course Description

Participants will explore the principles and practices of strategic planning, organizational alignment and change management, with an emphasis on translating vision into sustained action. The course examines how leaders navigate competing priorities, resource constraints and public expectations while maintaining accountability and trust. Through practical framework and real-world application, students will develop the capacity to lead beyond day-to-day operations; strengthening decision-making, aligning people and priorities, and positioning their organizations for long-term success. This course may be taught individually.
